Delivery

Delivery arrangements, charges and timescales should be confirmed with the quotation or order because they depend on the product, destination and available service.

Returns

Return eligibility depends on the item and reason for return. Final sales and return terms should be supplied before online checkout is enabled.

Service work

Gem cutting services are handled separately from product delivery. Return/collection arrangements for stones should be agreed as part of the job.
